Basic Info BioThis is my working blog and the front page of my website, www.modernhistory.org. The focus will be on various creative and academic things going on in my life. Why "modernhistory"? Because it's a funny oxymoron, that's all.
I'll be posting on the following topics:
- illustration
- photography
- other art
- web design & development
- flash design
- 3d design & construction (furniture-building, models, and other projects)
- book & magazine reviews, quotes, snippets
- music (live & recorded, potentially podcasts)
- urban issues in Toronto and elsewhere
- arts & cultural events in Toronto
- university work (essays, architecture projects, stats)
- etc.
I'll also try to take advantage of the interactive & multimedia options provided by livejournal, such as polls and voice posts.
I won't be posting about:
- that house party last week
- personal drama
- angst poetry
- tabloid gossip
- the latest photos I took of myself
